This photo is a black and white image of a zebra crossing. the white lines are cracked showing the oldness of the road. all the lines lead in the same way, they are vertical which represents strength. I suppose a zebra crossing could be strength as it controls traffic, it allows a human to safely cross. 

This picture of the pier and water, also sunset sets an aura of tranquility and serendipity.  the pier walk seems to fade into a none existent space, it creates a look of an image that you can genuinely walk through\ put your hand through. there are many different lines within the is picture, they go in all different directions showing that it captures many different meanings.

The trees here are stood tall and vertical, (meaning strength and power)  the dark colour theme gives off a hardened mind set. It can be sad, lonely theme. it feels like a place someone would be procrastinating alone.

This type of photo is quite common. The waves, musky sky gives off the tranquility of the whole scenery. A woman, is sitting at the edge of a presumed cliff whilst reading. It feel likes a whole 'nother reality. The famous question is always asked 'if you were alone on a island and could only take one book, what book would you take?' applies well.

This image is the roof of a building, the roof allows natural light through whilst forming a sort of flower/henna design. it seems quite touristic whilst al the lines finally form into the centre piece.
